Our family project
Hotel Astoria began as a family project.
We wanted to create a cosy place
that fosters connection in a lush, green area.
Situated on a private road,
the hotel and garden were perfect for our dream.
The architect (from the 70’s), designed the hotel
with numerous large windows,
beautifully integration it into the greenery
and allowing plenty of natural light.
The double-door system at each room entrance
ensures peace and quiet, enhancing your confort.
A cosy, unique atmosphere in every room
We have created a warm and unique atmosphere in each room,
with themes inspired by the local area.
You’ll feel right at home here!
An eco-friendly hotel
The integration of our hotel into its natural surroundings is essential to us.
We do our utmost to reduce our impact on mother nature.
Here are some of our initiatives:
– Working directly with local suppliers
– Reducing food waist by conforming breakfast preferences at arrival
– Providing cleaning services on request for multi-night stays
– Avoiding disposable packaging at the breakfast buffet and in the rooms
– Composting green waste in our garden
– Practice eco-management in part of the garden to protect our bee population.
– Using eco-labelled cleaning products
– Offering electric charging stations for cars
– Reducing electricity, water and gaz consumption by energy efficient installations.

We make every effort to source high-quality local products for our services, supporting our region’s producers.
Some examples of our services:
• Breakfast buffet: Try our locally made, homemade products. Taste our house-made yogurt, marmalades and cakes. Our honey comes from St Victor sur Loire, the coffee and thee from Saint Etienne, and the apple juice from the Pilat region…
• Bar: refresh with hot or cold drinks, alcohol or non-alcoholic. Try our local beer of the « Brasserie du Pilat » or our local juices from « Pressoir du Pilat »..
• Dining: enjoy delicious hot meals at the hotel, prepared by the chef of our high-quality local caterer.
